Look out, villains! The team at NECA is arming up one of Gotham’s greatest heroes with an all-new prop replica! We know that we said Gotham, but shockingly this latest prop replica from NECA is not for the Dark Knight himself, but rather for one of his most quintessential crime-fighting partners — Nightwing!
This week NECA revealed their all-new Batman: Arkham City Nightwing Escrima Stick Prop Replica! This replica is a 1:1 scale, meaning it is 100% life-sized. Nightwing’s Escrima Stick is based on the former Boy Wonder’s iconic weapon(s) of choice as seen in the classic video game Batman: Arkham City.
This new prop replica features built-in lights and motion features including vibration to replicate the “electrical pulse” seen in the game and push-button auto-extension that allows you to expand the 12-inch Escrima Stick to a full 18-inches in length for “combat” (we do not recommend actually fighting with them as they are a replica item not meant for real battle).
To ensure accuracy, the NECA Batman: Arkham City Nightwing Escrima Stick was created using the original digital files used when building the game itself. That means that this is as close you’ll ever get to holding the real in-game item from Batman: Arkham City!
