At the end of Season Two of Netflix’s Umbrella Academy, the show teased an alternate universe where the Umbrella Academy didn’t exist, but a new version called the Sparrow Academy did. Well, we don’t have to wait long to find out who they are. The show’s official Instagram page has announced the cast of the Sparrow Academy that we’ll see in Season 3.
Justin H. Min, who played Ben Hargreeves, is making the jump from Number Six to Number Two. Min is joined by the following new Sparrow Academy cast members:
Justin Cornwell as Number One “Marcus”
Britne Oldford as Number Three “Fei”
Jake Epstein as Number Four “Alphonso”
Genesis Rodriguez as Number Five “Sloane”
Cazzie David as Number Six “Jayme”
Number Seven is listed as “Existential Dread Inducing Psykoronium Cube”

Umbrella Academy hasn’t been afraid to throw weirdness and curveballs at viewers, and so far, it looks like Season 3 won’t be an exception. Umbrella Academy Season 2 had the Hargreeves siblings travel back in time to Dallas in the 1960s in order to stop the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. As can be expected when a bunch of superpowered adults with emotional problems leap back through time, a few bumps arise along the way. By the end of the season, the Hargreeves siblings travel back to the year where they belong only to find out they’ve made some significant changes to the timeline.
If you want to catch up on Umbrella Academy, Seasons 1 and 2 are available on Netflix. Production on Season 3 is set to begin in February.
