DC FanDome Trailer Reveals First Glimpses Of ‘The Batman’, ‘Black Adam’, ‘Peacemaker’ And More

DC Comics fans should get pumped!  DC FanDome takes place this weekend, and Warner Bros. (DC’s parent company) has a bursting cornucopia of media reveals planned including a new trailer for The Batman, the first teaser for Shazam!: Fury of the Gods, and the first glimpses at Black Adam and The Flash (the movie).

Expect loads of content from your favorite DC network and streaming shows as well.  One thing that was already revealed just in this clip, is a look at The Vigilante, played by Freddie Stroma, from Peacemaker, the spinoff from this year’s theatrical flick The Suicide Squad.  (Above)  It has also been confirmed that viewers will get their first look at the new series, Naomi, coming to The CW, and expect more info on the other projects soaring onto (or back to) The CW and HBO Max.

In addition to the new clips and trailers, this video shows off some of the big names that will be on hand (virtually) to perhaps shed a little more light on what fans can expect from these upcoming projects, including Dwayne Johnson, who plays the titular character in Black Adam; Johnson’s Black Adam co-stars Pierce Brosnan, Noah Centineo, Aldis Hodge, and Quintessa Swindell who play Dr. Fate, Atom-Smasher, Hawkman, and Cyclone, respectively; Robert Pattinson, the headliner of The Batman; Zoe Kravitz, the new Catwoman in The Batman; the star of Aquaman 2, Jason Momoa; Ezra Miller, the titular hero of The Flash; and Billy Batson and Shazam, a.k.a. Asher Angel and Zachary Levi, from Shazam!: Fury of the Gods.  Yahya Abdul-Mateen II (Aquaman 2) is also expected to appear.

And DC FanDome isn’t just about the movies.  Some of the TV stars glimpsed are John Cena, star of HBO Max’s upcoming Peacemaker; Joivan Wade, Matt Bomer, and April Bowlby, from Doom Patrol; Elizabeth Tulloch and Tyler Hoechlin from Superman & Lois; Caity Lotz from Legends of Tomorrow; Brenton Thwaites and Teagan Croft from TitansThe Flash topliner, Grant Gustin; and Batwoman herself, Javicia Leslie.

Also expected to appear are Jordan Elsass and Alex Garfin (Superman & Lois), Candice Patton (The Flash), and Rachel Skarsten, and Camrus Johnson (Batwoman).  Supergirl gets a final season tribute featuring current and former stars Melissa Benoist, Mehcad Brooks, Katie McGrath, Chyler Leigh, Jeremy Jordan, Jesse Rath, Chris Wood, Staz Nair, Peta Sergeant, Nicole Maines, and David Harewood.  Also in attendance will be the creator of Naomi, Ava DuVernay.
